Frequently Asked Questions:

Why shop with Hearty ZA?

- Plastic packaging and single use plastic items are destroying our planet at a rapid pace, and in an effort to raise awareness about our planet’s state we have started Hearty ZA. We aim to make use of South African products as far as possible with very little being imported from different countries. Our products are specifically designed to do away with single use plastics and give you, your family and our planet a safer and healthier option.

Why am I getting my products in boxes branded by different companies?

- In an attempt to minimize plastic waste, we try to use boxes used previously from old stock to send the products in so as to not make use of the courier plastic bags as far as possible. In cases where we are unable to do so, the goods will be sent in an envelope unfortunately. There has been talks with the various couriers concerning the plastic bags and we might see them drop these in the future altogether.

Why Postnet to Postnet?

- In an effort to keep costs as low as possible to our clients, at the moment Postnet is the cheapest option. We are looking at changing this to a door-to-door courier in the near future.

How long does it take to receive my parcel?

- A huge plus on Postnet to Postnet delivery is it normally takes between 2 and 3 days maximum
